The Research Section prepares the Planning Department’s cooperative forecasts. This forecast estimates the timing and location of population, household, dwelling unit, and employment growth in the county. For questions about the cooperative forecast, call (301) 952-3627.

Posting signs is not required for Mandatory Referral reviews. Notifications are made to adjacent property owners and civic associations in the area.

The Planning Department, M-NCPPC, does not maintain POR lists for Mandatory Referral cases.
