The Langley Park, College Park, Greenbelt, and Vicinity Minor Plan Amendment and Sectional Map Amendment (SMA) updates the 1989 Approved Master Plan and Sectional Map Amendment for Langley Park, College Park, Greenbelt, and Vicinity. In particular, these plan amendments update certain development pattern recommendations for context-sensitive infill and physical development of residential neighborhoods and commercial areas. The concurrent SMA rezones select properties within Planning Area 66 to be consistent with the recommendations in the amended plan.
