The Joint Public Hearing occurred on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 and close of public comment occurred on Wednesday, September 30th. Staff analyzed testimony and presented to the Planning Board on Thursday, October 15th.
Recent Activity
- On November 17, 2020, the County Council passed CR-83-2020, approving a minor amendment for the Southern Green Line Station Area Development District Overlay (D-D-O) Zone.
- On September 15, 2020, The Prince George’s County Planning Board and the Prince George’s County Council, sitting as the District Council, will held a joint public hearing on the proposed minor amendment to the 2014 Southern Green Line Station Area Development District Overlay (D-D-O) Zone to permit ‘Nail Salon’ and ‘Beauty Supply & Accessory Store’ uses within certain underlying zones.
- On July 21, 2020, the County Council passed CR-83-2020, initiating a minor amendment for the Southern Green Line Station Area Development District Overlay Zone.
