M-NCPPC Facilities/Operations located in Prince George’s County and Montgomery County will have a delayed opening time of 10:00 a.m. for staff.
Critical and essential onsite employees are expected to report as scheduled unless directed otherwise by their department or supervisor.
Non-essential employees scheduled to telework during the delay are not affected and are expected to telework at their regular starting time. Employees may request to use accrued leave during the workday with supervisory approval.
Non-essential employees scheduled to work onsite who wish to telework should consult with their supervisors. Employees may request to use accrued leave during the workday with supervisory approval.
Non-essential employees who are unable to telework—either because their position is not suitable for telework, they do not have the necessary IT equipment, or they experience a technical issue—are expected to arrive at 10:00 a.m. and will receive administrative leave for their scheduled work hours impacted during the delay (unless on pre-approved leave).
M‑NCPPC will continue to monitor weather-related conditions and will provide operating status updates as needed via email and on mncppc.org.
