M-NCPPC Permit Review

When you submit plans for grading, building, signs, or use permits, they are checked to ensure they follow the rules of the County’s Zoning Ordinance. Any feedback or suggestions are given to the person applying for the permits and also shared with the County Department of Environmental Resources, the agency in charge of handling and approving these permit applications.
- This website will only show the status of permits within the Prince George’s County Planning Department and its divisions, even though many agencies are involved in the permit review process.
- You will need the permit number or the address (street number and street name), often obtained from the Department of Permitting, Inspections and Enforcement (DPIE).
