The in-person meeting will take place in the auditorium at the Department of Parks and Recreation Administration Building. Individuals who wish to speak are encouraged to register in advance by Noon, the day before the forum. Written comments will also be accepted until close of business, Wednesday, October 16, 2024, by mail, fax, or email.
