Neighborhood meetings give citizens an opportunity to learn about potential projects in their neighborhood and to help inform the planning process before projects begin in the County. Pre-application neighborhood meetings are particularly encouraged for informal communication before submitting any application requiring a public hearing in accordance with Section 27-3600.
Days and Times
Meetings will be held at or after 6:00 p.m. on a weekday or between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on a weekend at a location that is convenient and generally accessible to neighbors residing in proximity to the land subject to the proposed application.
Notices
Notice of the meeting will be mailed to neighbors at least 30 days before the meeting.
