Parcel Boundaries and Tax Assessment Data
The parcel boundaries are maintained by the Planning Department GIS Section, and the tax assessment data is maintained by the Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxation. This dataset contains overlapping boundaries, which is necessary to link the many tax accounts that can exist on a parcel. This data is updated quarterly.
