The Prince George’s County Planning Department is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to assist its staff in preparing inputs for a new sector plan and sectional map amendment to update the 2009 Approved Port Towns Sector Plan and Sectional Map Amendment, with a focus on land use, zoning, economic development, environment, and transportation and mobility, to explore opportunities and options to spur future investment and development.
