Registration Start Date

All Teams start February 2, 2017. Team account representatives may use PARKS DIRECT to register their teams online. If team reps need their pin code/personal barcode information, contact the Sports Office at 301-446-6800.

League Begins

The league begins the week of March 27, 2017.

Entry Deadline

First paid basis or Monday, March 20, 2017.

Fees

Fees are $140.

Fee Includes

Fees include Umpires, Lights, and at least 6 games (3 double headers). It is possible that a team will not have the opportunity to play all teams in their league. This will vary depending on the number of teams in a league. All company checks, money orders or certified checks should be made payable to M-NCPPC. Visa and MasterCard are accepted. No cash or personal checks - unless certified - will be accepted.

Rules

M-NCPPC and the governing association’s (ASA or NSA) rules. Awards will not be given for Spring Exhibition programs.

Balls

Will not be furnished by M-NCPPC or governing associations (ASA or NSA). Home Team furnishes a new ball and the visitor a playable back-up ball:

• ASA - Men - 12 inch, .52 core, 300 Compression. Women - 11inch, .44 core, 375 compression or New Women - 11 inch, .52 core, 300 compression.
• NSA - Men - 12”,.52 core, 275 compression, Women - same as the men’s.

Rosters

Limited to 20 players. Rosters are due by the first game (No Exceptions) with three additions thereafter. Rosters are to include name, address and phone numbers - Signatures are not required.

Reschedules

The rescheduling of games cancelled due to inclement weather is not guaranteed and there will be no refunds for games lost due to weather events.

No personal checks or cash will be accepted!

Accommodations for individuals with disabilities are available upon request. Please contact the facility two weeks in advance of the program start date. Additionally, the Department of Parks and Recreation request a 72-hour advance notice for the provision of sign-language interpreters.
